balanced stay

functional kitchen relaxing pool easy location annoying code loud noise

the hotel had a VERY functional kitchen. i found a balcony and a pool, REALLY great. the location allowed easy walking to the city center. everything was VERY convenient.

the access to all areas needs a seven-digit code and IS annoying. i heard loud noises, likely from the air conditioning and other equipment. it's a bit much.

fantastic stay!

amazing comfort cooling system super staff

The room offered amazing comfort. i loved the heating and cooling system. It really worked well. i appreciated the nearby comedy club, creek & cave. It was fun. the staff was super nice!

i noticed the gym could have been better equipped. it was functional but lacked variety.

kitchen supplies secure building friendly staff

The kitchen included necessary supplies. There was tea and coffee available. the building felt very secure with the security system implemented. staff members were friendly. Every interaction was positive.

The parking garage is tiny. Maneuvering can be a little tricky.

Fantastic Stay!

clean hotel convenient location friendly staff accessible facilities

This hotel is very well-kept and clean. The location is super convenient, with a Target and Whole Foods nearby (less than 5 minutes away!). I found the staff very friendly, and the pool and communal facilities were always clean and accessible.

I noticed some noise from the hallways (people talking), and sometimes I could hear the neighbors upstairs. It wasn't a major issue, but it did affect the overall quietness.

The room was spacious and well-equipped (it seemed like a home away from home!). I especially liked the full-size fridge and stove, because it allowed us to easily prepare meals. Plus, the building felt very secure, requiring a code for everything.

quiet atmosphere convenient location air vent visible mold

I appreciated the well-kept unit. Its quiet atmosphere provided a quiet setting. The location proved convenient, offering easy access to nearby amenities. There were excellent on-site facilities too.

I found the air vent had visible mold. Everything else in the unit, though, was clean. This detracted slightly from the overall experience. I hope they will solve this issue in the near future.

adequate stay, some issues noticed

dirty floor train noise

the room was not thoroughly cleaned. i found hair on the floor and in the drawers. i ended up buying cleaning supplies to clean the apartment myself. the location had its drawbacks as well. my balcony overlooked a highway. also a train crossing nearby created noise every 30 minutes. i heard loud bells before each train adding to the disturbance.
